The band is still playing. Whiskey glasses crowd the tables. Cigarette smoke hangs beneath the lights, and somewhere behind a closed door, something is happening that probably wasn't mentioned on the evening's program.

Inspired by the infamous 1930s nightclub at the heart of Dark Providence, this custom scented candle captures the dark, sophisticated atmosphere of a late-night speakeasy through a rich blend of teakwood and smoked oud.

Smoky, woody, leathery, and distinctly masculine, The Nautilus Lounge evokes worn leather booths, dark wood, expensive whiskey, lingering tobacco smoke, and the faint suggestion that you should probably mind your own business about whatever is happening at the table in the back.

This isn't a sweet or delicate fragrance. It's dark, warm, sophisticated, and just a little dangerous.

Small-Batch & Brooklyn Made

The Nautilus Lounge Candle was custom-designed exclusively for Dark Providence in collaboration with Nose Best Candles, an independent small-batch candle maker based in Brooklyn, New York.

We wanted something that didn't simply smell good. We wanted a fragrance that felt like stepping into the world of the show—and into a particular place, on a particular night, nearly a century ago.

We think they nailed it.
